Volunteers needed: food@homewardboundgj.org. HomewardBound of the Grand Valley operates the Grand Junction Homeless Shelter, which provides year-round emergency shelter. HomewardBound of the Grand Valley is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Donations to our organization are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law on your Federal Income Tax Return. In addition, any donation of more than $50 is also eligible for an Enterprise Zone Tax Credit on your Colorado State income tax return. Please request an Enterprise Tax Zone certificate when you make your donation if you wish to claim this credit. Thank you for supporting our mission and the people of Mesa County. Are you a Colorado Government Employee? If so, you can easily designate your charitable contribution to HomewardBound of the Grand Valley through the Colorado Combined Campaign. Right now, State employees are participating in workplace giving campaigns and making pledges via payroll deduction, cash, check or credit card. no matter the amount, your contribution makes a huge difference!
